1. What we collect

When you make an inquiry or book a private charter with Asoko Trip, we collect personal information necessary to fulfill your travel services, including:

• Full Name of the lead traveler
• Contact details (Email address, WhatsApp / Phone number)
• Pickup and drop-off addresses (Hotel name, flight arrival details)
• Party details (number of adults, children, infant seat requirements)
• Payment information handled by the payment provider shown during Bókun checkout
• How you first reached our website on that visit (for example the search engine or website that linked to us, any campaign tag in that link, and the first page you opened), sent with your enquiry. It is kept only in your browser until you send the form, and uses no cookies.

2. How we use it

Your data is used strictly for:

• Arranging your driver and your day
• Sending booking confirmations, receipts, and itinerary updates via email or WhatsApp

3. Who else sees it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Booking data is shared with service providers needed to arrange your trip, such as your assigned driver, Bókun and the payment provider shown at checkout. If you allow analytics, website usage data is also processed by Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Google Analytics loads only if you choose “Allow analytics”. It uses cookies and processes website usage information, including page visits and device information, to help us understand how the website is used. We do not send the details you enter in our enquiry forms to Google Analytics. Optional advertising features are disabled. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. You can change it using “Analytics cookie settings” at the bottom of any page.

Bókun booking pages operate separately and may use cookies needed for booking and payment. See the notices shown in checkout. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

When you allow analytics, Microsoft Clarity also measures interactions on public pages using heatmaps and masked session recordings. Strict text masking is enabled. Clarity does not load on our contact or custom-charter enquiry pages, or on pages whose URL or referrer contains query or fragment data. We do not install Clarity in Bókun checkout. Microsoft processes this usage data; learn more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Clarity advertising storage consent is denied.

Separately, our booking forms count anonymous daily totals of how many visits saw a form, started it and sent it, by page and by how the visit reached us (for example a search engine). Nothing you type is included, no cookies are used, and no IP address or visitor identifier is stored. Only the totals are kept.
