How do I communicate with my driver on the day of the tour?
The evening before, we start a WhatsApp or LINE group connecting you directly with your assigned driver with their name, license plate, and live location updates.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellation terms vary by product and vehicle rate. Bókun shows the policy for the selected rate before checkout. A custom charter follows the cancellation schedule in its written quote.
Do drivers assist with hotel check-in or restaurant translation?
Yes. They will carry the cases, help at the hotel desk, work the ticket machine at the ramen shop, and ask the question you cannot ask.
