How do 28-inch check-in suitcases fit in a Toyota Alphard?

In the Toyota Alphard, folding up the third-row seats creates a deep luggage area accommodating up to 4 large 28-inch suitcases and 2-3 soft carry-on bags while providing full executive captain seat comfort for 4 passengers.

Do you provide child safety seats and are they mandatory in Japan?

The published tour terms allow one child seat per group or vehicle when requested in advance. Tell us the child's age and size. If you need more than one, ask before booking so the team can confirm the vehicle and availability.

What if our group has 10 or more passengers with heavy luggage?

For parties of 10 or more, or large family reunions with heavy luggage, we coordinate multi-vehicle convoys (e.g. 2 Toyota Alphards or an Alphard + HiAce combination) traveling together in sync with dedicated drivers.
