The car most people end up in. Seats that recline, with a footrest, and room for the cases and the stroller.
The train, or the car
Both get you to Fuji. Only one of them carries the suitcases, waits while you eat, and changes plan when the mountain is hidden.
The train
- Transfers depend on the route: Some destinations are direct; others require a train, bus or local taxi connection.
- You handle your luggage: Large cases and strollers travel with you unless you arrange baggage forwarding.
- More walking between connections: Stations and local stops may be some distance from the attraction entrance.
- Timetables set the pace: You need to plan around the last useful connection and any reserved service.
- Shared space: Trains and buses are public, and seats may be limited at busy times.
The car
- Pickup at the listed address: Your driver meets you at the pickup address included in the selected product and helps load the cases.
- Fewer transport changes: The vehicle carries your group between stops. Walking and stairs at attractions still vary.
- Seats that recline, with a footrest: You have a private seat between stops. Wi-Fi is available when the selected vehicle and connection support it.
- Flexible private itinerary: Adjust the order and time at stops within the booked duration and the published route.
- Driver-guides and guided tours: English-speaking driver-guides and guided tour options are available. Ask us to confirm the guiding included in your selected rate or quote before booking.

Van (Toyota HiAce Grand Cabin)
For bigger groups, and for anyone travelling with ski bags, golf clubs or a month of luggage. You can stand up in it, and there is a separate compartment at the back for the cases.
